Summary of Position:

Join our dynamic Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team, where we deliver cutting-edge IT solutions to the Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equity/Securities Lending, and Credit businesses. We thrive on collaboration and innovation, ensuring our applications meet the ever-evolving needs of our users. Our team is deeply involved in the entire application development lifecycle, from gathering user requirements and design to implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance—all within an agile framework.

We are proud to support a vital in-house application that facilitates the booking, pricing, electronic trading, and TRACE reporting of Bonds, CLOs, Repos, Loans, and Interest Rate Futures. This global solution connects teams at Natixis Head Office and various international branches.

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated C# Developer to join our New York team. The ideal candidate will be eager to dive deep into the intricacies of our application and collaborate closely with fellow developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Application Development: Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to design, develop, and implement features that align with business needs.

Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies that drive our development cycles and promote continuous improvement.

Documentation: Produce and uphold comprehensive documentation for applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and deployment procedures.

Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, promptly addressing user issues and implementing enhancements to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

3+ years of software development experience, preferably within the financial services sector, focusing on Transactional Regulatory Reporting.

Proficiency in programming languages, particularly C# or similar technologies.

Strong understanding of fixed income products, swap interest derivatives, and associated trading and risk management processes.

Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for analyzing complex requirements and delivering effective solutions efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and data visualization tools is a plus.

The salary range for the Associate position will be between $115,000 - $145,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.

The salary range for the VP position will be between $145,000 - $180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
