Job Title : Cisco UCCM
Location : Redmond, WA
"We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer Expert to design implement and maintain advanced voice communication systems
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Voice Gateways Contact Center solutions UCCX Nice and Voice IP Phones ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities
Design configure and maintain Voice Gateways to support enterpriselevel communication systems
Proficiency with contact center analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize call handling
Implement and manage Contact Center solutions including UCCX and Nice platforms ensuring high availability and reliability
Deploy configure and troubleshoot Voice IP Phones across the organization
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate voice solutions with existing IT infrastructure
Monitor and optimize voice systems for performance scalability and security
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for complex voicerelated issues
Develop and maintain documentation for voice systems including configurations processes and troubleshooting guides
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager CUCM and Unity Connection
Familiarity with Session Border Controllers SBC and SIP Trunking
Knowledge of Quality of Service QoS and voice VLANs
Handson experience with Cisco Unity Connection and call recording platforms like Nice or Verint
Indepth understanding of protocols such as MGCP SCCP and RTCP for voice communication systems
Ability to configure interconnectivity between Cisco platforms and nonCisco voice systems
ProvideParticipate oncall support as required
Certifications such as CCNA Collaboration CCNP Collaboration or equivalent are highly desirable
Proven experience in managing Voice Gateways UCCX and Voice IP Phones
Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols SIP H323 and network technologies
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Create detailed technical documentation for configurations processes and best practices
Train team members on new voice technologies and system upgrades
Good to Have
Expertise in deploying and managing Cisco Jabber for unified communications
Voice Traffic Analysis Experience in analyzing and optimizing voice traffic patterns and diagnosing latency or jitter issues
Skill in resolving SIP trunking problems codec mismatches or DNSrelated issues impacting VoIP
Cloud Collaboration Platforms Familiarity with platforms like Cisco Webex Calling Zoom Phone or Microsoft Teams for scalable voice solutions
Knowledge of securing voice systems including encryption methods like TLS and SRTP
Virtualization Experience with VMware or HyperV for deploying virtualized voice applications like CUCM or Unity Connection"
