Bookkeeper

Tarvos Talent is seeking a Full Cycle Bookkeeper to join a dynamic and growing company in the North Austin area. As a Full Cycle Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role on a small team and report directly to the Controller. Responsibilities include managing bill payments and bank reconciliations, utilizing QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for accounting operations, and handling month-end journal entries and intercompany transactions. You’ll also update and maintain Excel spreadsheets using existing formulas, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to support accurate financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a small to mid-sized company. Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and strong Excel skills are required. Attention to detail, the ability to follow direction, and a willingness to undergo a background and credit check are also essential.
