Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting & Office Administrator supports all the internal accounting and office processes of the company.
Essential Functions:
Manage daily administrative operations.
Standardize and document office procedures and recommend revisions.
Assign duties and supervise the work of the administrative staff.
Assist with human resource tasks and duties as needed.
Create and maintain client records within firm’s practice management system.
Assists Billing Supervisor with preparation of client invoices.
Assists with accounts payable and credit card payments to vendors.
Maintains confidentiality of client and firm matters.
Cultivate a positive work environment and culture
Other administrative projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within a professional services firm.
Professional written and verbal communications skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Must be detailed oriented, able to produce quality work with strict timelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
