Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team, with a specialization in inbound call tracking and a strong familiarity with the performance marketing or direct response sectors. The ideal candidate will understand how call data informs strategic decision-making and how vanity or memorable phone numbers enhance branding and conversion. Experience with VoIP, UCaaS, or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage in this role.
As regulations limit traditional robocalling, businesses are actively searching for effective, compliant calling strategies—offering a standout opportunity for a results-oriented sales executive to deliver modern voice solutions that drive real impact.
This is a hybrid business development and account growth role, responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships across our suite of voice solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales across a portfolio that includes call tracking, toll-free numbers, VoIP, and Teams Direct Routing solutions.
Consult with marketing leaders, agencies, and business owners to demonstrate the value of intelligent routing and post-call analytics.
Position Kall8’s VoIP and number solutions as scalable, affordable options for SMBs and remote teams.
Promote the benefits of Teams Direct Routing for companies utilizing Microsoft 365 environments.
Advise clients on enhancing campaign performance through the use of branded and memorable phone numbers.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to solution presentation, closing, and ongoing account expansion.
Partner with internal customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and strong client retention.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and team quotas.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role related to inbound call tracking, telecom services, direct response marketing, or VoIP solutions.
In-depth knowledge of call tracking technologies and their impact on marketing attribution and conversion optimization.
Understanding of the strategic role of vanity phone numbers in branding and marketing performance.
Preferred experience with VoIP, UCaaS platforms, or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
Results-driven sales approach with the ability to engage both marketing and IT decision makers.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual collaboration tools.
