Our client, a storied NYC law firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan.
Job Details
Liaise with teams and hiring managers to identify their talent needs
Source potential candidates through recruiting platforms, job boards, and proactive searching
Conduct preliminary interviews
Act as primary contact and liaison between candidates and hiring managers
Oversee negotiations and prepare offer letters
Enter and update candidate information in ATS
Provide seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates
Salary Range: $100-110k annually, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years’ recruiting experience for tech roles
Must have experience with fast-paced, high-volume recruiting
Must have experience filling multiple roles at a growing company
Must have NYC market experience
Must have background in recruiting at professional services firms, financial services firms, or law firms
Tech savvy, dedicated to detail, and highly organized
Confident working with all levels of employees and leadership
Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
