Monetary Metals is a disruptive, high growth gold platform, which pays a yield to savers, finances qualified businesses, and provides a liquid marketplace for gold leases and bonds. We are looking for an individual to assist in managing many of the processes within the CEO office. This position reports to the Chief of Staff.

Key responsibilities

Recruiting & Onboarding:

Manage recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain recruitment databases, applicant tracking system, and new hire onboarding programs.

Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by providing necessary resources and support.

General HR Support:

Serve as the main point of contact for our PEO provider and subject matter expert on their systems.

Assist with developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Maintain employee records.

Assist with the performance management process and employee development initiatives.

Vendor Management:

Identify new vendors and assist in negotiating contracts.

Manage relationships with vendors.

Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

Company Travel:

Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and contractors, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

Handle travel-related issues and provide support to traveling employees and contractors.

Manage online tools to streamline the company travel experience (i.e. Navan or similar)

Meeting and Event Planning and Logistics:

Plan and organize the annual company meeting and semi-annual department meetings, including venue selection.

Assist in developing the agenda and coordinate with speakers and presenters.

Assist in preparing agendas for the CEO Staff and MM All Hands (video calls).

General Administrative Tasks

Maintain company handbook.

Document filing.

Maintain company calendars..

Assist the Chief of Staff and CEO with ad hoc projects

Interface with landlord.

Qualifications

10 years of experience with the responsibilities listed above

Organized and detail oriented

Associate’s degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter

Able to research and recommend solutions to problems

Able to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

Able to multitask effectively

High EQ and can work with a diverse range of personalities
