As a membership producer, you’ll ensure we’re providing the BEST content to our audience and members. You’ll have ownership of your own set of shows/productions.

This is a creative first role, and the team will rely on you to keep the content fun and engaging.

Responsibilities

Working with the team to produce high-quality content for our membership shows.

Analyzing KPIs and channel performance to recommend the best course of action.

Working closely with leadership to create content strategy for the membership and various shows.

Ensuring the production schedule stays consistent and that team members are in the right place at the right time.

Helping with the execution of content, both on sets and in pre-production, especially for member content.

Working hands-on with your shows video editor to bring your show to life in a high-quality, analytically backed form.

Improving the paid member experience.

What Makes You a Fit

Must be in the Austin area or willing to relocate.

A players thrive here. Those who consistently perform at a B or C level may find this isn’t the right long-term fit.

Obsessive about their job- delivering the highest quality and putting in whatever is needed to achieve brand goals.

Must have a strong creative mind.

Experience working in fast-paced production environments with tight turnarounds.

Ability to provide educated critiques and informed feedback.

Basic understanding and familiarity with the YouTube platform

Running production on set.

Must be flexible.

Must be an effective and professional communicator, written and verbal.
