With an impressive global footprint and a world-class leadership team, they’re seeking a hands-on Controller to support their Dallas operation and serve as a financial lead within a high-tech environment.
In this role, you’ll lead core financial functions including reporting, forecasting, cashflow, and ERP system oversight. Working closely with external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and compliance, this position offers a unique blend of autonomy, responsibility, and long-term stability - while working within a collaborative executive team culture.
The Role:
Lead general ledger, cashflow, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
Ensure reporting and compliance expectations are met across internal and external partners
Oversee ERP system reporting and support integration and process improvements
Provide financial insight and analysis to support quoting and strategic decision-making
The Person:
Experienced financial leader from a Defense or Aerospace background
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (any major platform)
