Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by developing and executing automated tests. You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test suites using Java and Selenium.
Perform API and UI testing, both manual and automated.
Create and maintain data scenarios to support test plans and test cases.
Analyze test results and advocate for quality in every phase of the development process.
Document and track bugs to closure.
Write complex SQL scripts to validate data integrity.
Support test automation in CI/CD pipelines.
Provide production support on weekends (once or twice a month, night shift).
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or SDET.
Hands-on experience in automation testing with Java and Selenium.
Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG.
Experience with API testing (manual and automation).
Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
Experience with TestNG and REST Assured Framework for testing RESTful web services.
Familiarity with git, Maven, Postman, etc.
Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts.
Good understanding of QA fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS knowledge.
Knowledge of Capital Market & Wealth Management Domain.
