Structural Analysis Engineer

We are seeking a mid-senior level experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our aerospace client. The ideal candidate must be local and available for onsite or hybrid work support. This role requires a strong background in both linear and nonlinear Finite Element Analysis (FEA), hand calculations, and expertise in fracture and fatigue analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform linear and nonlinear FEA to analyze structural components.

Conduct hand calculations to validate FEA results.

Analyze fracture and fatigue in materials and structures.

Develop thermal mapping with structures coupled analysis.

Work with high-temperature materials; experience in this area is a plus.

Utilize carbon composites in structural analysis and design.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.

7-10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.

Proficiency in linear and nonlinear FEA.

Strong skills in hand calculations and fracture/fatigue analysis.

Experience with thermal mapping and coupled structures.

Knowledge of high-temperature materials and carbon composites is advantageous.
