Fund Accountant

We have an incredible opportunity for a Fund Accountant to join a leading Real Estate Investment business in Austin, TX. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for the real estate sector.

As a Fund Accountant, you'll be responsible for:

- Maintaining and overseeing the financial records for multiple funds

- Preparing detailed financial reports and analyses

- Collaborating with investment teams to ensure accurate and timely data

- Managing quarterly investor reporting processes

- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

- At least 3-5 years of fund accounting experience, preferably in real estate

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
