Barrett Hospital & HealthCare invites applications to fill a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist position to join our Laboratory team. The Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist oversees patient specimen collection, processing, testing, and reporting. The Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist assures quality control, quality assurance, maintenance of analyzers and monitoring of accuracy and precision. The Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist must be proficient in analyzer and instrument operation, quality control, calibration and maintenance. Successful candidates must have a passion for customer service excellence, teamwork and enjoy working with the public.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess an active Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist certification or the ability to obtain licensure within 45 days of hire. One to two years of clinical post-degree training is preferred.

Schedule: Full Time, Days, Weekends and 1 week day 7am-7 pm
