In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding top tech talent through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build high-performing engineering, product, and IT teams.

Requirements:

3+ of proven experience as a technical or IT recruiter (in-house or agency)

Fluent English

Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., FE, BE, PM, DevOps etc)

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.)

Strong communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment

A results-driven and a team player attitude

Bachelor's degree

Technical background as a big plus

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies

Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.)

Conduct HR interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers

Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using an ATS

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage

Communicate effectively with candidates

Stay updated on tech industry trends and hiring best practices
