Front Desk Recruiting Coordinator - MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH-SPEAKING)
Primary responsibility will assist Branch with Administrative Tasks. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.
Answer Phones
Assist candidates with applications and coordinate interviews
Administer Drug Tests and perform background checks
Administer skill evaluations
Perform Orientations
Process I9's
Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
Review and update employee records
Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Proficient with Microsoft Office
2+ years experience in Administrative role
Excellent attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Valid Driver License
High School Diploma/GED
Able to work in Fast paced environment
