As a Client Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients on their journey toward financial wellness.
What You'll Do:
Assist clients primarily through email and text, and phone calls as needed.
Provide professional, compassionate, and effective communication to ensure clients receive the full benefits of our program.
Research and resolve client issues promptly and thoroughly.
Follow up with clients to ensure all concerns are addressed.
Collaborate with the team while working independently to achieve department goals.
What We're Looking For:
Strong written communication skills to craft professional messages.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
A positive attitude to support clients undergoing personal distress.
Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to follow-through.
Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and typing at least 40 WPM.
Experience in Salesforce is helpful, but not required.
Openness to learning, asking questions, and accepting feedback.
