What You Will Do

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Manager to lead our IT team. This role will create a culture of exceptional service for both our technology-enabled front-line manufacturing & production team and our back-office support staff. The IT Manager will shape the IT unit within the organization, overseeing Physical Assets & Infrastructure, Security, Project Management, and Support. This position combines high-level leadership and strategy with hands-on work when necessary.

Lead, mentor and develop Infrastructure team members

Act as an escalation point for user issues, provide L3 support and liaise with business users for IT-related process improvements

Monitor and manage key metrics for tickets, requests and related KPIs

Ensure server and storage infrastructure is continuously available with 99.9% uptime

Manage IT hardware and software assets, inventory, and procurement

Manage and improve backup and Disaster Recovery capabilities and strategies

Support and administer Azure and AWS tenancy

Set technology procurement strategy and manage vendor relationships

Implement and manage IT Infrastructure projects (e.g., SSO, MDM and AD integration)

Manage external and third-party access into infrastructure systems

Demonstrable experience migrating physical assets for a full buildout – moving June 2025

What You Will Bring

5+ years’ experience in IT Service Management – 2+ years’ leadership experience required

Extensive experience with Hyper V, AWS Cloud, Azure AD, O365 and Windows Server and Desktop

Experience supporting MS Active Directory in a hybrid environment

Management and leadership experience in customer service or Helpdesk environments within medium companies (150+ employees)

Strong information security knowledge and management experience

Demonstrable hands-on experience implementing best practices

Strong written communication and empathy for customer needs and expectations

Ability to explain complex issues in business language

The ability to learn quickly and continuously and maintain a flexible and adaptive mindset necessary for a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, self-driven mindset where your growth is dependent on you.

Creative problem solving; if you don't know the answer, you’ll know how to find a way to it.

Multi-tasking with the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once and prioritize them accordingly.

Bonus points if you have DevOps experience with automation, continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management
