City Wide Facility Solutions - located in Dover, Delaware is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team! If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a deep understanding of your clients' needs, our team and bonus structure is waiting for you!
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with account managers and your sales team, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. If you are on the right track, you should easily be able to bring home $100k+ in your first year!
In this position you will
Identify and qualify potential clients
Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations
Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week
Utilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information
Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRM
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required or applicable work experience will be considered
2–3-year prior history working in a B2B sales environment, and track record of success
Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated
Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred
Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required
Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills and highly detail orientation (ability to follow-up)
Problem-Solving skills – ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

90-Day Ramp-Up Compensation Plan
To support a successful onboarding and give you time to build your pipeline, we are offering a 90-day ramp-up period with enhanced base compensation.
Ramp-Up Period (First 90 Days):
Base Salary: $70,000 annualized
Bi-weekly Pay: $2,692 per pay period (based on 26 pay periods)
No commission during ramp-up
Post Ramp-Up (After 90 Days):
Base Salary: $60,000
Uncapped, tiered commission structure goes into effect
Commission earnings are based on performance and designed to significantly increase total compensation
This structure is designed to give you a strong financial foundation as you build momentum, while also providing high earning potential once commissions begin.
