Key Responsibilities

Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and improve processes.

Contribute to creating a positive team environment that fosters mutual support and collaboration.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or similar software.

Customer service experience, even in a volunteer capacity, is a plus but not required.

Ability to navigate customer service software and databases effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a positive attitude toward challenges.
