Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs while guiding them through personalized coverage options. This is a remote position where you'll handle inbound inquiries, work with warm leads, and provide a seamless client experience. You’ll combine customer service with consultative sales—no cold calling required.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom

Educate clients on insurance options that meet their needs

Provide support throughout the application process

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding

Track all communication and sales activity using CRM tools

Meet individual performance and client satisfaction goals
