Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile team. The Scrum Master will guide and support the team in adhering to Scrum principles and practices, ensuring effective communication, continuous improvement, and removing barriers that may impede the team's progress. This role requires someone who is proactive, collaborative, and a strong advocate for Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Facilitate daily stand up's, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.

Ensure the team adheres to scrum ceremonies and time boxes.

Provide coaching on Agile practices and Scrum Principles to team members, stake holders and leaders.

Actively identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team productivity.

Work with stake holders and other team to remove blockers and ensure smooth project delivery.

Assist the Product Owners with Backlog grooming and ensuring a clear and actionable backlog.

Help the team understand the scope of work and the value of user stories.

Track and report on team's progress such as sprint velocity, burndown charts and other performance metrics.

Provide regular updates to stake holders on team's performance and delivery.

Promote the agile mindset and scrum frame work across the organization.

Skills:

10+ Years of experience as a scrum Master, Agile Coach or Similar role.

Experience in Agile frameworks particularly Scrum, Kanban.

Certifications like PMI-ACP or SAFe is a plus.

Knowledge of project management tools Jira,Rally.

Experience with scaling Agile frameworks.
