E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist / Shipping Agent / Amazon FBA - Ebay Specialist Needed.

We are seeking a sharp, professional, friendly E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist.

Must be familiar with Shipping software such as Stamps.com / Shipstation or Similar.

Duties will include:

Add and edit products on Amazon / AMAZON FBA and Ebay and Website Shopping Cart Backend Admin.-

Must be experienced in Packing and Shipping online orders.

Provide excellent customer service via phone and emails.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding inventory and/ or orders and products.

Packing / Shipping of Products

A Positive if knowledge of basics of Order processing with EDI Software such as SPS commerce or others.

Qualifications Skills Required:

Fluent English-Comfortable with Phone CS-Excellent typing skills

Working knowledge of Amazon.com, Ebay.com and other E-Commerce sites is a must.

Working Knowledge with Paypal Payment Processing-Familiar with Credit Card Processing and Chargebacks-Professional demeanor

Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot-Strong verbal and organizational skills.

Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel. Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic software is a plus but not required.

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. FULL AND PART TIME AVAILABLE.
