OVER THE ROAD BOX TRUCK NON-CDL DRIVER

Job Description

We are seeking professional and reliable Over-the-Road (OTR) Box Truck Drivers to join our growing team. This position involves traveling across multiple states, delivering freight in a safe, timely, and professional manner. A CDL is not required, but all drivers must have a valid DOT Medical Card. CDL holders are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

This is a non-CDL box truck operation. Drivers are paid weekly based on load revenue, earning 25% of the net load payout after factoring fees. Our company uses a factoring service with a flat 4% fee. For example, if a load pays $1,000, after the 4% factoring fee ($40), the net revenue would be $960. The driver would then earn 25% of $960, which equals $240.

The company provides the truck, fuel, ELD device, and all necessary equipment to keep you moving efficiently. Hotel accommodations can be arranged by the driver independently or coordinated by the company (deducted from settlements if arranged through us). Drivers also have the option to sleep in the truck if they prefer to save on lodging costs.

Drivers can expect to earn between $1,500 to $2,500 per week, depending on performance, load volume, and miles covered. Our experienced dispatch and back-office team handles all administrative work, booking loads, and paperwork — allowing you to focus solely on driving and securing the Bill of Lading (BOL) from pickup to delivery.

Additionally, we offer a performance bonus program: drivers who complete a full month with perfect attendance, on-time pickups and deliveries, no safety violations, and full compliance with all company and DOT regulations will receive a $500 bonus.
