Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for amusement parks and a commitment to improving and maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment for guests at Lakeside Amusement Park. The goal is to insure that the park's buildings and grounds are well-kept, safe, and welcoming. This positions requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to manage various tasks effectively while interacting with park visitors.

In order to have any of these positions succeed for you, you must have a keen interest in making Lakeside Amusement Park the absolute best that it can be. You need an attention to detail and the willingness to verify that installations are pristine.

There are positions available from the ground up . We have openings for entry level grounds keepers who rake, sweep, paint, collect trash and perform similar tasks.

We are also seeking supervisors who are able to oversee workers and help direct other individuals.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of park grounds, including pathways, gardens, and recreational areas.

Assist in setting up and managing events within the park, ensuring all areas are prepared for guest enjoyment.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Monitor safety conditions throughout the park to ensure a secure environment for all visitors.

Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among guests or staff.

Engage with children and families to enhance their experience, providing assistance as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable.

Familiarity with conflict management techniques to effectively handle guest interactions.

Experience working in resorts or similar environments is beneficial.
