Bartletts’ Home Interiors is looking for a full-time, skilled bookkeeper to maintain our financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and managing invoices, along with financial reports at our amazing 35,000 square foot showroom in Charlevoix, MI. We have proudly served northern Michigan since 1950 and would love to add you to our team! The ability to process payroll and complete tax forms would be an additional consideration. Familiarity with RFMS and QuickBooks would be a plus. We are looking for a person that has a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and can coordinate/communicate with a diverse staff.
The position also entails the general coordination of a small office including answering phones, maintaining inventory, data entry, and general office coordination. Daily work schedule is negotiable with desired coverage on weekdays.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
