Pay: $26 - $28 per hr. DOE

PREVIOUS STAFFING EXPERIENCE A PLUS

Responsibilities:

Fast-Paced in a Corporate environment for Industrial projects

Full Cycle Recruiting (Blue Collar Roles, with some White-Collar needs)

Build a pipeline of candidates

Screen, Interview and qualify local and traveling candidates across U.S.

Experience in screening & qualifying Electricians, Millwrights, Welders, Crane Operators, Foreman, Superintendents

Write and place job specs for advertising using various media platforms; Zip Recruiter, Roaddogs, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Participate in events, set up displays, and present at job fairs.

Complete all phases of the Associate Hiring Process
