Amusement Park Summer Ride Area Supervisors

Job Description

Lakeside Amusement Park accepting applications from reliable individuals with prior supervisory experience to work as a ride area leader/lead ride operator. This position requires the ability to successfully manage other workers, monitor their performance, schedule workers, arrange and perform breaks, maintain good written records and be good at hands on training and working. These positions are for leaders who are willing and able to work with the employees, guests and equipment. Most area leaders will give the majority of breaks in their areas, will work to maintain the cleanliness of their areas and also will work directly with the public (including handling minor complaints).

Applicants should be comfortable working with equipment and properly training others, must be willing to work outdoors (in the elements) and have the physical stamina for long days of walking and prolonged periods of standing.

Must be available weekday evenings, weekends and holidays throughout the summer and be available until midnight. Must be available for training in the coming days.

You should enjoy working outdoors, being a team player, promoting and practicing safety and understand the importance of following procedures.

Must be 18 years old or older.

Valid Driver's License

Must be Have Proof of Eligibility to work legally in the United States.

Must be a Fluent English Speaker.

Non-smoking position, drug-free.
