You will be trained and paid at the same time! Through our mentorship program, you will get 50% of the deal for shadowing with your mentor, during the time until you close your first deal.

Income is significantly higher than other positions that are fixed on a base salary

What you would be doing:

Attending daily team meetings

You have a variety of avenues to choose from as a SunGod salesman! You can either generate your own leads and sell, recruit for your team, or solely manage your team.

Attend sales training sessions

Shadow with your mentor. This is the 50/50 chaperone process where you will get 50% of the deal when the homeowner signs the contract, until you close your first deal: just for shadowing!

Follow the clear, fast progression path we set out for you where you can manage and grow your own team

Explain all the benefits of going green to homeowners, all while forming and maintaining those relationships.
