Are you a proven Operations Leader ready to take on the challenge of scaling a fast-growing company? We're looking for a Director of Operations to lead our manufacturing and production efforts into the next phase of growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position focused on systematizing and scaling our operations to meet aggressive revenue and production goals. You'll lead a team of 80+ across production, planning, materials, and quality—owning both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic development. What You’ll Do

Lead and develop production, planning, quality, and materials functions

Scale and optimize manufacturing operations using Lean, ERP systems, and automation

Drive KPIs across throughput, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, scrap, and more

Align capacity planning, labor, and equipment with growth targets

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and QA on custom builds and new launches

Mentor mid-level leaders and build future bench strength

Develop scalable systems, SOPs, and metrics to support a $40M+ operation

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of operations leadership, 5+ in contract manufacturing or related industry

Background in high-mix, low-to-mid volume production (wiring, electronics, assembly preferred)

Proven success scaling operations (team, revenue, or complexity)

Deep experience with Lean/CI, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making

A Servant leader, Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bachelor’s degree in:

Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration (with manufacturing/logistics focus), or Supply Chain Management
