Position Overview
Join as a Territory Manager, focused on promoting their urology product line. In this role, you'll engage with healthcare professionals to drive sales, generate new business, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in clinical, administrative, and BioMed departments. Your work will involve managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and executing strategies to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Manage territory sales and promote products.
Build rapport and influence key customer stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through prospecting, product evaluations, and negotiations.
Provide strategic market insights and accurate sales reporting to leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Travel 4-5 nights per month.
Spanish fluency preferred.
Must reside within territory (Miami preferred). Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $70,000 + commission potential up to $65,650.
