Overview

Are you a highly technical professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for leading teams on complex construction projects? Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Executive to oversee multiple project teams, steering the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of high-profile construction projects. This position is primarily based onsite, with occasional travel to the office for meetings, training, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead jobsite safety initiatives and ensure all safety protocols are met

Ensure contract compliance and accountability across all phases of the project

Oversee accurate financial forecasting, billing, and claims resolution

Ensure development of quality plans and closeout strategies in accordance with contract documents

Foster a positive, motivated work environment for all project teams

Direct project administration, superintendents, and engineering staff to maintain operational excellence

Lead subcontracting strategies and oversee the buyout process across projects

Negotiate contracts and implement risk mitigation plans

Ensure insurance and bond compliance on all projects

Manage design phases for GMP or design-build projects and oversee GMP/lump sum submissions

Lead schedule planning and manage schedule risks across multiple projects

Build strong relationships in local markets and lead regional networking strategies

Coach and mentor team members, supporting their career development

Promote an inclusive and engaged team culture

Communicate organizational strategy and ensure alignment across project teams

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management

12–18 years of experience in a lead role on projects in life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or healthcare

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge and communication skills

Effective leadership and team-building abilities

Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
