We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Sandy Springs, GA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, assisting with badging procedures, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors by providing directions and answering inquiries.
• Issue contract badges and parking passes, ensuring proper identification protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area while overseeing general site upkeep.
• Coordinate catering arrangements and escort vendors as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Facilitate the setup of conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and adaptability when handling customer service needs and administrative duties.
• Support office functions with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support roles.
• Strong ability to make decisions independently and exercise good judgment.
• Proficiency in using Office tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with badging procedures and hospitality tasks is preferred.
