Job Description

This is a Desktop support role focusing on IT imaging

We are looking for candidates who have Computer imaging experience AND are extremely reliable to be CONSIDERED.

This is a year long project going into the hospitals Imaging IT equipment and updating software. March 2023-December 2023

Would undergo full medical compliance AND a 7 year background check.

Has to be FULLY COVID VACCINATED.

Must have OWN reliable transportation. May require you to go to a different location each day or multiple locations on the same day

Need 15-20 people!

- Customer Support- being proactive and friendly, walking around the plant to assist employees with their scanners and any questions/concerns they have and escalating to the right point of contact.Need to have good people skills as they will be talking to employees that may get frustrated with changes but just remember to have patience and not get upset easily as this is a stressful migration to some.

- Technical Aptitude/Basic Troubleshooting- they are open to entry level candidates as long as they are able to quickly grasp concepts and easily follow technical scripts and directions. They will be responsible for utilizing their cell phone onsite and downloading teams to commute among the team/hub of issues that need to be escalated up.

- Timely, Productive and Proactive- again this will be the first line of support to the plant employees through a new migration so just being able to work with them timely and get their issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Need people that are flexible with different shifts, open to working over time and working in a high intensity project for the first couple of weeks.
