We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Grove City, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and databases.
• Handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to prepare reports and presentations.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
• Assist with general office tasks to support daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools and appointment coordination.
