**HYBRID opportunity in the QUAD CITIES (Iowa and Illinois)**

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for data products.

• Develop and implement data visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI and R Studio.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and security teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Create compelling data stories and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

• Utilize programming languages like SQL, Python or R to manipulate and analyze datasets.

• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational data in all interactions.

• Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring seamless operations.

• Build positive working relationships with team members and other departments to foster collaboration.

• Support the Analytics Team in developing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in data analysis or related fields is a plus.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with tools like Power BI and Visual Studio.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and the ability to create impactful dashboards.

• Demonstrated experience in SQL and database management.

• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on data storytelling.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
