About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager for a role based in Reading, PA. The selected candidate will lead all phases of assigned customer projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to contract requirements. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers once a sales order has been awarded, with a focus on high-value projects ($100K+).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of customer sales orders and projects from award through installation and customer payment.
Organize and track all project documentation (proposals, orders, communications).
Monitor project progress using SAP, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Ensure design and engineering align with project specifications.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Maintain consistent and organized documentation of project status and milestones.
Address project cost overruns and propose mitigation plans.
Act as liaison between the company and clients for project execution.
Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and on-site inspections.
Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement within the Project Management department.

Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Engineering or Business (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and SAP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
