We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure and system architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering principles, network management, and software integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance, security, and scalability.

What You will Do:

Participate in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) efforts, simulations, and data analysis.

Assist in creating technical reports, presentations, and design documentation.

Support design reviews, customer meetings, and compliance with aerospace industry standards.

Work with project management to ensure timely completion of milestones.

How You Will Get Here:

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Basic understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management and integration.

Familiarity with software development (C, C++, Python, or MATLAB) and/or mechanical design tools (CAD, FEA, CFD).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo or Simulink.

Exposure to aerospace industry standards (DO-178C, DO-254, AS9100).

Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration or testing.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.

Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, the only travel required is to and from the office.

Multiple positions are available for varying levels of experience. Compensation is based on experience.Company Description
