Position Overview
The Program Manager plays a central role in ensuring the effectiveness and integrity of Generation Hope's Peer Recovery Program. They are responsible for day-to-day management of peer support operations and intake services while supervising CPRS supervisors, peer specialists, and intake personnel. The Program Manager ensures high-quality service delivery, ethical compliance, and operational alignment with Generation Hope's mission and Minnesota state guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Staff Supervision & Leadership
Supervise and support CPRS supervisors, peer recovery staff, and intake personnel.
Lead weekly staff meetings focused on client progress, staff performance, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate onboarding, staff development, and performance evaluations.
Enforce Generation Hope's Ethical Guidelines and Infraction Policy to maintain integrity and professionalism.
2. Program Oversight & Development
Align services with state guidelines, internal policies, and best practices.
Monitor program KPIs and make recommendations for improvement.
Keep internal SOPs and CPRS documentation updated and in compliance.
3. Intake Process Management
Oversee the full client intake process including Procentive data entry, ROI collection, assessment validation, and billing readiness.
Coordinate with billing and admin teams to ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all clinical notes, location tracking, and administrative time logs are completed and submitted accurately.
Provide monthly reports on program performance, budget updates, and challenges to the Program Director.
Respond to ethical violations or documentation errors per disciplinary protocol.
5. External Relations
Maintain and grow partnerships with referral sources, community collaborators, and funding partners.
Represent Generation Hope at external events and meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in peer recovery, addiction services, or behavioral health.
Familiarity with peer support frameworks, trauma-informed care, and Minnesota DHS guidelines.
Experience with Procentive or comparable EHR systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Minneapolis, MN.
The role requires daily on-site presence to supervise staff, support clients, and maintain program operations.
Local travel may be required for meetings, trainings, and community outreach.
