Responsibilities:
Support the firm's business valuation and M&A services.
Data entry & analysis, and report preparation.
Actively participate in consulting with clients on business valuations and M&A transactions.
Assist with special projects that support achieving long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or analytical field within the last 10 years.
Strong analytical skill set and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Ability to learn, adapt to new challenges, and help innovate.
Preferred:
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in M&A or the insurance industry a plus.
