Quality Engineer

Job Description

Our customer in Elkhart, IN is looking to add a Quality Engineer to their team. This person will be very hands-on on the floor making sure the team is diligent with their processes, helping determine root cause, motivating associates and overall mentorship. This person needs to have a strong understanding of quality principles and systems and be passionate about problem solving.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being out on the floor and being engaged with people.
