The Avalon of New Albany is recruiting for a Scheduler for our Clinical Department. Now hiring for a full time Scheduler who enjoys a fast paced and challenging work environment. Seeking detail -oriented individual with excellent customer service, problem-solving and telephone skills.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Scheduler:
Primary responsibilities are to coordinate schedules of company employees to meet Staffing needs.
Ability to professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages .
Document, review and update client care scheduling data .
Here are a few of the Qualifications we need you to have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Verbal and written communications skills.
Candidates require good- time management and multi tasking skills
Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills.
Required Home Health Aide experience. STNA Certification Required
