Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Launch your career in Sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt! With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be fully included as part of our team – bringing household name products to millions of customers worldwide. You’ll take responsibility for sales and commercial projects from the outset, gaining new skills and experience. You’ll create game-changing innovations in an open and international environment. The focus will be on ‘learning by doing’ supported and mentored by our experienced team. This internship (20 h/week) is offered for a period of 6 months, possibly be to prolonged (to be decided individually).
Your responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis: Data analysis using MS Excel, product sell-out rates, profitability analysis, campaign-analysis and distribution analysis
Monitoring market developments, e. g. competitive pricing and new product launches
Updating and maintaining product data & details, such as price sheets and product specifications data
Preparing trade stories, product launches and helping responsible Key Account Managers to compile customer presentations
Develop and support the Key Account Management delivery of 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
Office tasks, such as ordering office supplies and ensuring our sample product storage is up-to-date
Possibility to drive specific internal projects and support the local team
Possibility to own customer responsibility
The experience we're looking for
A disciplined, result-oriented mindset, eager to learn more
Student or recent graduate from business school with demonstrated autonomy and organizational skills
Capable of managing multiple tasks under time pressure
Analytical skills combined with a keen eye for detail
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
Language skills: Proficient in English, Finnish is considered as an advantage
Previous work experience from FMCG company is considered an advantage
