MISSION

As the Corporate HR Digital department, our role is to contribute to the development of the HR function by ensuring that the core

models of our HR Digitals are able to meet and support HR strategy and day-to-day HR activities, in a sustainable and secure way.

Our main HRIS tool, OPteam (Success Factors), supports most of our HR processes (except for payroll administration, training, time and attendance) - and is used by all OP Mobility employees.

In this context, you work closely with the Group HR domain leaders, the corporate BPO & HR Digital regional team to ensure alignment between business/HR challenges (goals, risks, efficiency, lead time...)

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

Main MISSIONS:

Drive HR Digitization and Continuous Improvement: You will be involved in: Projects involving the Group's transformation, the implementation of HR Digitals or the digitalization of the HR function.Continuous improvement of HR systems and processes in digital as well as the development of standardization.

Participate in defining end-to-end HR digital processes in relation with regional HR Digital team & Data BPO & HR domain leaders

Ensure implementation of these HR digital processes, training and support the regional HR Digital team who will train local HR / BG.

Support and promote change management, with the HR Digital BPO & HR regional team support

Monitor the development of HR Digitals/processes and validate the developments carried out by the MOE (Digital & IS IT team) which is responsible for the technical implementation of the system.

Receive delivered developments, define and execute major HR business tests, and oversee user HR business tests with the BPO.

Support the implementation of digital annual HR processes: Prepare, configure and launch annual campaigns (Performance Review, Development Review, People Review, etc.).

Participate in the deployment of tools in coordination with Digital & IS teams (IT) and support HR teams in link with the HR Digital BPO & Regional HR Digital team.

Monitor corrective deliveries and anomaly status.

Assign and prioritize tickets (HR requests) at global level

Provide appropriate training materials and conduct training sessions.

Ensure Feedback collection & Lead experience feedback sessions

Pilot the adoption of deployed tools from a functional perspective

Ensure monitoring/benchmarking of HR market Digitals to propose flexible improvements and optimize the company's HR processes

Connect proactively with other companies and learn from best practices - regularly attend conferences and best practice forums

Identify HR digitization opportunities to drive effectiveness and efficiency.

Animate, analyze, and recommend the most appropriate HR Digital tools to meet HR needs - either when adding new features or when identifying issues in the information system.

Guarantor of the global HR "core model" and ensure, through change management sessions and training, the long-term compliance with the group's best practices across all HR functions.

Coach regional HR Digital teams to resolve critical HR issues, identify root causes, and implement mitigation plans to prevent re-occurrence in other countries/processes.

Ensure that HR Digitals/processes are properly adopted through a Continuous Improvement Process.

Enhancements / releases: Communicate with Regional HR Digital team about system evolutions, maintain and collect in link with the HR digital BPO the regional/local improvement and integration wish lists RPA: Be proactive, particularly in automating HR processes to best meet HR needs/Strategy.

2. Processes - Operational modes - User guides

In connection with the regional HR Digital team & HR digital BPO, supervise the creation/update of procedures - operational modes as well as user tool guides. As such, inform and coordinate user training for the regional HR Digitals team.

Deliver and coordinate support documentation to ensure that day-to-day HR Digital operations run smoothly.

Draft user training modules and periodically lead training courses in connection with the Regional HR Digital & HR digital BPO.

Actively support the dissemination of best practices via the documentation/communication platform/chat bot to be created.

Be proactive in optimizing processes, tools, and methods to streamline HR data entry/creation within our HRIS.

3.Project management:

Manage specific HR Digital projects, coordinate teams and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Collect user feedback to inform design and functionality.

Project planning: contribute to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Activities: Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Project Closure & Post go live & hypercare period: Successfully close the project and evaluate its outcomes. Activities: Conduct a project review, document lessons learned, and ensure all deliverables are completed and approved.

Test and validate new features to ensure they meet user needs and project specifications.

Change management:

Train HR Digital BPO & Regional HR Digital team on HR digital tools,

Improve internal processes with the HR BPO & Regional HR Digital team

With the ownership of HR digital regional team & HR Digital BPO, support the HR network in the use of HRIS tools: Initiate and coordinate knowledge management actions to ensure that the network of users takes full ownership of the tools.

Prepare & lead HR Digitals governance meetings.

Develop a HR Digitals community per digital /or tools domain (best practices, collaboration) / Develop HR Digital champions community.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Skills and qualifications

You have at least 5/8 years' experience as a HR BPO, PMO or HRIS implementation role. You are experienced with SAP SF and have a strong appetite for information systems and data quality.

Personal Background

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

5/8 years of experience in Digital / analytics as BPO, PMO or implementation role.

Excellent level French and English

Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors' Employee Central module required (one of these modules: Variable pay, Onboarding, Recruiting & Talent is a plus)

RPA / IA : Basic knowledge of RPA / AI use cases is a plus
