Requirements:

4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment

Solid written and verbal English skills (Upper-Intermediate Level)

Understanding of software development process and technologies

Experience in full cycle of recruitment

Experience in direct search and headhunting

Good knowledge of different recruitment tools

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

You are positive and honest person, attentive to the details

Would be a plus:

Technical background

Responsibilities:

Providing full cycle of recruitment of IT specialists of different levels

Maintaining candidates database

Generation of new ways and approaches in attracting the best market specialists
