.Net/C# Azure Software Developer

Our client, a family-owned Midwestern grocery/retailer striving to better people's lives in all communities, seeks a .Net/C# Software Developer.

Location: Preference is Local, then Remote - located in 6 states (MI, OH, IN, KY, IL, and WI) then US remote

Start Date estimate: 4/14/2024

End Date estimate: 1/31/2026 (fiscal)

Equipment will be provided.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role has 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Microsoft Azure (Function Apps, Cosmos Db, Durable Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, etc.) and Confluent Kafka, preferably in .NET and C#.

Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.

Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.

Reviews functional requirements, analysis, and design documents and provides feedback.

Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency.

Participates in architecture, design, and code reviews.

Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.

Works within the SAFe Agile framework and utilizes CI/CD best practices.

Experience developing unit test cases is required.

Candidates with experience in developing backend services for payment methods/any exposure to development for government assistance programs as it pertains to e-commerce solutions is preferred.
