Job Summary
Customer Contact Agent is mainly responsible for client inbound call to provide the accurate data/information regarding to bank’s products or services as well as respond to the feedback and complaint to ensure the customers receive the best-in-class services at all time.
Job Descriptions :
• Provide correct information regarding products and services as well as respond to the queries from clients
• Respond to complaint, coordinate with internal parties to find the appropriate solutions, and inform to the clients
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as Customer Contact Agent, Customer Service or related functions or new graduate is also welcome
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• minimum TOEIC Score 550+
• Be able to work as shift
