Job description:

The role is one that has aspects of administration support to it as well as data analyst/management. The projects group has a range of challenges across the functions from time to time and this person would support defining the problem and an approach to a solution and implementing the solution.

Key responsibilities:

Support the project group with data analysis and reporting (ideally support develop Power BI reports).

General administrational support of the projects group

Support the Project Manager’s in the setup of project directory & SharePoint sites

Administer the Lesson Learnt Database

Administer the Project Document Portal

Support implementation of standard formats of documents on project setup

Support setup of new Project and document numberingMaintenance of document portal

Ongoing review of the Document Portal

Documents to be correctly stored with associated metadata etc.

Interaction with FQM engineers to provide feedback as required

Assist and coordinate with the ongoing development of the Project Document Portal

Experience & Skills:

Degree qualifications in a suitable discipline to support the administration and analytical nature of the work

Inquisitive and solution orientated mindset

Well organized and structured

Good communication skills
