Revenue Assurance Manager

To assist business with technical aspects of their revenue assurance initiatives, focus on minimizing the risks that cause revenue leakage and ensure accuracy and timeliness of revenue management.

To oversee the internal control environment relating to revenue, billing, and profitability within Retail, Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking segments.

Prepare revenue assurance operations reports and give input into the overall revenue assurance reporting process to segment heads.

Perform revenue analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of revenue management for Retail, Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking segments.

Provide continuous monitoring of records to identify revenue leakage, errors and any other irregularities that might interfere with revenue performance.

Support segment heads in identifying and recovering potential revenue lost due to leakage, incorrect billing, and any other issues.

Ensure the optimization and security of revenues by analysing financial flows, identifying discrepancies, and putting in place solutions to reduce losses and improve billing processes.

Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages a culture of assurance, optimization, employee growth and performance excellence.

Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.

Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.

Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
