Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role located in Riga, Latvia at MGS. The Human Resources Assistant will support a variety of HR functions, including HR management, HRIS administration, benefits coordination, and internal communication across the organization.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR management
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Proficiency in Latvian and English (additional languages are a plus)
Knowledge of benefits administration processes
Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Strong clerical and administrative abilities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Awareness of and sensitivity to different cultures is a strong advantage, as we operate across multiple locations.
