Brake Press Operator - Second Shift

A manufacturing company is seeking a Press Brake Operator with heavy plate fabricating experience. This is a second shift position with overtime optional.

Duties:

Operate a 400T or larger Press Brake Machine on various steel types

Use basic CNC Controls

Perform layout and fitting

Read blueprints and follow work orders

Use basic shop math

Inspect parts using tools

Operate an overhead crane and tow motor

Lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

Must have experience operating a 400T Brake Press Machines

Must be familiar with basic CNC controls and have basic knowledge of various steel types

Must have layout and fitting experience

Must have the ability to read blueprints and follow work orders

Must understand and use basic shop math

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work standing for 8 to 10 hours

Must be safety-conscious

Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues.
